A little bit about me

I’m a former horticulture academic turned full-time specialty coffee professional. I started All Beans Considered in 2018 after earning several certifications in the sensory skills module offered by the Specialty Coffee Association. My business offers consulting and education services focused on specialty coffee appreciation. I teach classes locally (in St Paul MN) and write a newsletter, My Pour Over Life, on Substack.
